Salon Policy
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Prices do not include gratuity and cannot be added to credit card transactions at this time.
Please use the robes provided to you by the salon to protect your garments. We recommend removing all/any outer layers of clothing. The salon does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items or damage to personal items.
We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an appointment for a complimentary redo. Redo requests made more than 7 days after original appointment may require additional fees.
A credit card is required to hold certain hair appointments and a 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced with these appointments. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in a charge to the credit card for the full service price.
In-Salon Retail Return
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase you may return the unwanted/unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be issued via original payment method. Returns after 30 days will be issued a salon credit worth original payment price.
